1. Warranty Coverage
a. Duration: All furniture purchased from Atomos Atelier are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase except decor and small products which have a limited warranty of 6 months.
b. Scope: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
2. What Is Covered
a. Manufacturing Defects: This includes flaws or defects in materials or workmanship that affect the functionality or structural integrity of the product. The natural features of wood such as grain patterns, colour changes and marks are not considered defects.
b. Craftsmanship Issues: Issues related to the construction and assembly of the furniture that impact its performance and durability.
3. What Is Not Covered
a. Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading.
b. Misuse or Abuse: Any damage caused by improper use, negligence, or intentional misuse is not covered.
c. Modification or Alteration: If the product has been modified or altered in any way without prior authorization, the warranty is void.
d. All the furniture purchased from Atomos Atelier are only intended for indoor usage unless otherwise specified. Exposure to sunlight can cause warpage which will not be covered.
4. Making a Warranty Claim

b. Provide Information: You will be required to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs that showcase the problem.
