2. Shipping Zones and Costs
a. Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within India. Shipping costs are calculated based on volumetric weights and the delivery location. Please contact us at bd@atomosatelier.com or +91 8867109944 to get the accurate shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
b. International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India specified on our website.
3. Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery time for your furniture is provided during the checkout process. This timeframe is based on the availability of the product, your location, and the shipping option selected. Products that are in stock and ready to ship will take 7-14 days for delivery and products which are made to order will take 30-45 days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary and are subject to the policies of our shipping partners.
4. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and prepare it for shipment. Based on the product selected, the processing time will vary. For made to order furniture, we take 30-45 days for delivery. Please allow the necessary number of business days for order processing before your item is handed over to our shipping partners.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and location of your shipment. If you have any concerns about the delivery status, please contact our customer service team.
6. Volumetric Weight Calculation
Shipping costs are based on volumetric weights, which take into account the size and weight of the package. This ensures a fair representation of the shipping space required for each item.
7. Shipping Address/ Doorstep delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect address details will be the responsibility of the customer.
For delivery addresses located at the Ground floor, the delivery will be made at the door step. Please ensure there is passageway for furniture ordered to be delivered.
For delivery addresses located in multi storied dwellings at higher levels, the delivery will be done on the lobby or at the security desk. Arrangements of manpower to be made by the customer to carry the package inside. Assembly instructions if any would be provided inside the packaging.
8. Delivery Acceptance
It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to accept the delivery during the estimated delivery window. If you are unable to receive the package, please contact our shipping partner to reschedule delivery.
9. Shipping Delays
