1. Warranty Period
All products on atomosatelier.com are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. Small products/decore items has a limited warranty cover of 6 months. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
2. Return Eligibility
a. Manufacturing Defects: If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue, please contact our customer support team within 7 days from the date of receiving of the product.
b. Damage During Transit: In the rare event that your furniture is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with our shipping partners to address the issue.

a. Original Packaging: If possible, please retain the original packaging for the product. This aids in the return and replacement process.
b. Unused and Unassembled: Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as received. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification may not be eligible for return.
