Torei (tray) is an ensemble of 4 trays and a chopping board crafted in teakwood attached together with button magnets.

The design is modular and thereby allows infinite permutations of uses in a kitchen. The intricate grid inlay on the board aids segregation of chopped items, the trays on the side can be attached to slide the content from the board and then onto your Wok easily. Minute detailing such as the tiny curved extrusion can be used for resting used spoons or forks while cooking. As an ensemble Torei, becomes a master utilitarian that becomes a must have in kitchens. Finished in linseed oil and beeswax Torei is safe for kitchen use and the finish aesthetically brings out the natural grains of the teakwood.
