How can i order furniture?
You can order any product or furniture by going to the ‘Shop’ page and clicking on the Product Enquiry tab. We will immediately revert back to you regarding the availability of the product/furniture and further details for placing the order.
How long is return valid?
Any defects or deviation from the order should be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. You can send in the description of the issue with detailed photographs explaining the same to bd@atomosatelier.com. We also encourage you to take a video of the unpacking of your products as evidence. All the products have a 1 year limited warranty. Apart from the natural variations of the wood as it reacts with the environment, any damage to the structure and integrity of the furniture due to manufacturing defects will be considered. We do not accept returns in any other case.
How do I know that the product fits my space?
Please check the dimensions of the product mentioned in the description. Using a tape mark the furniture out on the floor in your space. Measure the height and width of entrance doors and lifts, stairways and any corridor it needs to pass through. The product dimension should be smaller than all the entrance paths measured.
